
Ingredients:
• 1 – knolkhol, grated
• 1 – carrot, grated
• 4 tbsp – besan
• 2 tbsp – Coconut powder
• 3 – green chillies, finely chopped
• Coriander leaves
• Salt
• Oil
• 1 cup – idli batter
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients with leftover idli mix (batter).
- Do not add water.
- The consistency of the dough must be a thick enough to make small balls.
- Keep kadai or deep bottom vessel on stove. Add oil in it and heat well.
- Add small balls into it and fry till golden brown.
- Serve with ketchup and tea.
