
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Kollu (horse gram)
• 1/4 cup – thuvara paruppu (toor dal)
• 5 – peppercorns
• 5 – Red Chillies
• 1/4 tsp – Asafetida powder
Method:
- Dry roast everything one by one and keep aside to cool.
- Grind coarsely with enough salt and store in an air-tight box up to a month.
- Serve this powder with hot rice topped with ghee or gingili oil.
