Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Maida
• 1/4 cup – Rava
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 pinch – Baking soda (optional)
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 cup – Water
• Oil to deep fry
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
- Take a small spoonful, drop into hot oil and deep fry.
- Allow it to puff up, flip and fry other side until it is light brown.
