Ingredients:

• 1 cup Besan
• 2 cups Sugar
• 1/2 cup Ghee
• 1/2 cup Water

Method:

  1. Mix the besan and sugar in water till mixture resembles dosa batter.
  2. Stir in a large wok on low heat.
  3. Add the ghee, stirring all the while, a tbspful at a time.
  4. When the mixture turns frothy and starts to turn at the end of the spoon, pour it on a greased plate.
  5. Gently shake the greased plate till the mixture settles uniformly.
  6. Cut into approximately 20 1-inch square pieces.
