
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Besan
• 2 cups Sugar
• 1/2 cup Ghee
• 1/2 cup Water
Method:
- Mix the besan and sugar in water till mixture resembles dosa batter.
- Stir in a large wok on low heat.
- Add the ghee, stirring all the while, a tbspful at a time.
- When the mixture turns frothy and starts to turn at the end of the spoon, pour it on a greased plate.
- Gently shake the greased plate till the mixture settles uniformly.
- Cut into approximately 20 1-inch square pieces.
