Ingredients:
• 1 cup – boiled peas
• 1 cup – boiled string beans
• 1 cup – boiled Corn kernels
• 1 cup – diced apples
• 1 cup – chopped fresh Pineapples
• 1 cup – chopped Carrots
• 1 cup – shredded red Cabbage
• 1 cup – finely chopped Lettuce leaves
• 2 cups – low fat Curd
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – chopped fresh Parsley
• Pepper to taste
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a big salad bowl. Mix all the ingredients from the peas to the cabbage.
- In another bowl, beat the curd along with the sugar, salt and pepper.
- Pour this on the vegetables and the fruits.
- Add in lettuce and garnish with chopped parsley.
