
Ingredients:
• 500g – mascarpone cheese
• 1.5 cups – espresso or strong coffee
• 6 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 packages – lady finger biscuits
• 1 oz – liqueur of your choice (Tia Maria, Kaluha, Baileys, etc)
Method:
- Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
- Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy and smooth.
- Add the mascarpone cheese and liqueur.
- Beat egg whites until firm and fluffy. Add to the cheese mixture.
- Dip the lady finger biscuits into the coffee and layer the bottom of a pie dish.
- Cover it with the cheese mixture.
- Repeat for another layer.
