Ingredients:
• All-purpose flour – 150 g
• Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
• Butter – 120 g
• Sugar – 90 g
• Half an Egg
• A pinch of vanilla
• Cornflakes (coarsely powdered) – 50 g
Method:
- Mix all-purpose flour and baking powder till both are evenly blended.
- Mix butter and sugar in another bowl.
- In yet another bowl, mix the egg and vanilla.
- Add mixture of egg and vanilla to the sugar and butter mixture.
- Add the mixture of all-purpose flour and baking powder to the above and mix till a thick dough is formed.
- Cut the dough into small pieces (in whichever shape you prefer).
- Roll each one in the coarsely powdered cornflakes and place it on a baking tray 5 inches apart.
- Bake for 12 mins in the oven at 350 degrees F.
