
Ingredients:
• minced Meat – ½ kg
• oil – 6 tbsp
• Onion – 1.5 cup, minced
• chili powder – 2 tsp
• coriander powder – 2 tsp
• cumin powder – 1 tsp
• green chilies – 3, minced
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves few, chopped
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat 5 tbsp of oil and fry onion till brown.
- Add all the powders and green chilies.
- Fry for one minute.
- Add minced meat and salt.
- Cover and simmer till the meat is cooked and almost dry.
- Add grated coconut and mix well.
- Heat remaining oil in a small fry pan.
- Add mustard seeds.
- When they splutter add chopped curry leaves.
