Ingredients:

• 1 pound – ground Turkey
• 2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 3 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• Garam Masala – to taste
• 2 tbsp – coriander powder
• Some red food colour
• 4 to 5 – Green chillies
• 3- Onions
• 1 tsp – Haldi
• salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Take ground turkey in a bowl and add red chilli powder, haldi, salt, garam masala, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, red food colour and marinate it for 2 hours.
  2. Take a little oil and rub your hands with it. Take the marinated turkey and shape kebab from it and arrange them in a baking tray.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and bake the kebabs for 15 minutes.
  4. Then turn them to the other side and again bake them for 10 mins.
  5. Take the kebabs out of the oven and serve with mint chutney, onions and lemon.
