
Ingredients:
• 1 pound – ground Turkey
• 2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 3 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• Garam Masala – to taste
• 2 tbsp – coriander powder
• Some red food colour
• 4 to 5 – Green chillies
• 3- Onions
• 1 tsp – Haldi
• salt – to taste
Method:
- Take ground turkey in a bowl and add red chilli powder, haldi, salt, garam masala, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, red food colour and marinate it for 2 hours.
- Take a little oil and rub your hands with it. Take the marinated turkey and shape kebab from it and arrange them in a baking tray.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and bake the kebabs for 15 minutes.
- Then turn them to the other side and again bake them for 10 mins.
- Take the kebabs out of the oven and serve with mint chutney, onions and lemon.
