Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Mixed Vegetables (Peas, Carrot, Beans, Kidney beans, Potato)
• 1.5 cups – Besan
• 1 handful – Rice Flour
• Pinch – Hing and Turmeric
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 stick Butter
• Salt to taste
• Oil to deep fry

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make into a dough.
  2. Make the dough into balls and deep fry in the oil.
  3. Serve with Coconut chutney.
