
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Rice
• 1/4 cup – Urad Dal
• 2 handfuls – Mudakathan keerai (balloon vine)
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak the rice in water for about 4 to 6 hours.
- Soak urad dal in water.
- Grind the rice and urad dal separately.
- Grind keerai and then mix the keerai paste and salt in the batter and leave it overnight.
- Prepare dosa the next morning.
