
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – leg of Mutton
• 2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi powder
• 1 cup – curds
Method:
- Marinate leg with ginger-garlic paste, jeera powder, haldi and curd overnight in refrigerator.
- Roast in oven at 200 degree C. Keep turning the leg till done.
