
Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – Whole-wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – Banana puree
• A pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• Honey (as per need)
• Nutella (as per need)
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Take the whole-wheat flour, cardamom powder, salt, banana puree and honey together in a bowl.
- Add enough water or milk to make a thick batter.
- Heat the paniyaram pan and pour a few drops of oil to the pan.
- Drop the prepared batter gently with a tablespoon.
- Now gently drop a small quantity of nutella and cover it with batter.
- Cook on a medium flame until they get well cooked on both sides.
