
Ingredients:
• 1/2 Kg – Paneer, crumbled
• 2 – Onions, chopped fine
• 1 – tomato, chopped fine – 1
• 1 – capsicum, chopped fine
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp -garam masala
• coriander leaves, chopped for garnish
• salt to taste
Method:
- Take butter in a pan, add jeera. Once it becomes brown, add onions and saute till translucent.
- Add capsicum and saute for 5 mins.
- Add salt and tomatoes and saute till it gets mixed up.
- Add chilli powder, garam masala and mix well.
- Add the paneer and saute till it mixes well.
- Preferably, do not saute much after the paneer has been added
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
