
Ingredients:
• Paneer – 250 gm
• Tomatoes – 4 large
• Garlic – 4 pieces
• Cumin seed – 2tbsp
• Coriander seed- 1tsp
• Oil – 3 tbsp
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut four tomatoes and grind it with garlic in the mixer. Roast cumin and coriander seed and grind to fresh powder.
- In a heavy bottom pan heat oil and fry the paneer cubes till lightly brown. Keep the paneer aside and in the same oil put the tomatoes and garlic mixture .
- When it boils put the paneer and let it be cooked till done.
- Before taking out of the oven sprinkle the dry masala.
- Garnish it with green coriander and serve it with hot chapatis.
