
Ingredients:
• 2 -potatoes
• 1 tsp – powdered Sugar
• 1 tsp – crushed red pepper
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Lime juice
• 2 – red bell peppers
• 1 bunch – Spring onions
• 4 tsp – soy sauce
• Salt as per taste
• Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Peel and chop potatoes into wedges.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the potatoes along with some salt, until they turn golden brown.
- Drain and reserve.
- Finely Chop spring onions and the red bell pepper into thin strips.
- In another kadai, heat 2-3 tsp oil.
- Saute spring onions and bell peppers until tender.
- Add the fried potatoes and saute for a minute or two.
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Remove from stove, add lemon juice and serve hot with rice.
- It can also be served as an evening snack.
