Ingredients:

• 2 -potatoes
• 1 tsp – powdered Sugar
• 1 tsp – crushed red pepper
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Lime juice
• 2 – red bell peppers
• 1 bunch – Spring onions
• 4 tsp – soy sauce
• Salt as per taste
• Oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. Peel and chop potatoes into wedges.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the potatoes along with some salt, until they turn golden brown.
  3. Drain and reserve.
  4. Finely Chop spring onions and the red bell pepper into thin strips.
  5. In another kadai, heat 2-3 tsp oil.
  6. Saute spring onions and bell peppers until tender.
  7. Add the fried potatoes and saute for a minute or two.
  8. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  9. Remove from stove, add lemon juice and serve hot with rice.
  10. It can also be served as an evening snack.
