
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – black pepper
• 1/2 cup – Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – Bengal Gram dal
• 6 – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Saute all the ingredients and grind them coarsely in a mixer.
- Add required water and salt and allow to boil.
- Milagu kuzhambu is ready.
- Serve with rice.
