Ingredients:

• 1 cup – moong dal
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – cooking oil
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• Juice of 1 Lime
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak moong dal in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain and grind with chillies and salt.
  3. Add lime juice to the paste.
  4. Season it in oil with mustard seeds and urad dal.
