Ingredients:
• 1 cup – moong dal
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – cooking oil
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• Juice of 1 Lime
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak moong dal in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain and grind with chillies and salt.
- Add lime juice to the paste.
- Season it in oil with mustard seeds and urad dal.
