
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Poha soaked in warm water.
• 2 cups – shredded Coconut flakes.
• 2 cups – Channa flour.
• pepper and Salt to taste.
• 1 – small Onion finely chopped.
• 3 tbsp – green coriander, finely chopped.
• 2 – green chillies, finely chopped.
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder.
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder.
• 1/2 tsp – chat masala powder.
• oil for frying.
Method:
- Heat 2 tbsps oil in a pan, and add onions. Saute for a little while and add coconut flakes and drained poha. Mix well.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix it thoroughly.
- Turn off the gas and let it cool.
- For pancake: Mix the channa flour and the fried mix with a little water until it becomes a soft dough.
- Make small rounds of dough and flatten it.
- Take large non-stick tawa or pan, keep it on medium heat, spread little oil on it and put pancakes on it. Brown both sides.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
