
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – boiled Potato (cut into small cubes).
• 1 cup – Paneer cubes.
• 1 tsp – pepper powder.
• Salt to taste.
• oil to fry.
Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai. Add the potato and stir fry till golden brown.
- Add the pepper powder and salt.
- Now add the paneer cubes and saute for another 1 minute.
- Serve hot with rice.
