Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – potato.
• 1 litre – milk.
• 2 tsp – dry fruits, chopped (cashew nut, almond, Grapes etc).
• 1 cup – sugar.
• Ghee – 2 tbsp.
Method:
- Boil the potatoes, peel the skin & mash it.
- Fry the potatoes with ghee till the raw smell exits.
- Boil the milk well, add the potato paste, sugar and stir well.
- Fry the dry fruits and mix with this and serve.
