Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – potato.
• 1 litre – milk.
• 2 tsp – dry fruits, chopped (cashew nut, almond, Grapes etc).
• 1 cup – sugar.
• Ghee – 2 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel the skin & mash it.
  2. Fry the potatoes with ghee till the raw smell exits.
  3. Boil the milk well, add the potato paste, sugar and stir well.
  4. Fry the dry fruits and mix with this and serve.
