
Ingredients:
• 200 gm – bread
• 1/2 litre – Milk
• 200 gm – Milk maid
• 10 gm – Badam
• 10 gm – Cashew nuts
• 4 – coriander
• 1 tsp – rose essence
Method:
- Remove the crust and soak the bread in milk and mash it well.
- Mix with the milkmaid and stir it well.
- Filter in through a sieve with large holes.
- Transfer it into a sauce pan and allow it to boil once
- Add the cardamom and the essence.
- Switch off the stove.
- Add badam and cashew nuts and keep it in the fridge.
