Ingredients:

• 200 gm – bread
• 1/2 litre – Milk
• 200 gm – Milk maid
• 10 gm – Badam
• 10 gm – Cashew nuts
• 4 – coriander
• 1 tsp – rose essence

Method:

  1. Remove the crust and soak the bread in milk and mash it well.
  2. Mix with the milkmaid and stir it well.
  3. Filter in through a sieve with large holes.
  4. Transfer it into a sauce pan and allow it to boil once
  5. Add the cardamom and the essence.
  6. Switch off the stove.
  7. Add badam and cashew nuts and keep it in the fridge.
