
Ingredients:
• 2 – bread slices
• 1/2 – finely chopped Onion
• 1/2 – finely chopped Tomato
• 1/2 – finely chopped Cucumber (carrots, Cauliflower -optional)
• 1 to 2 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tbsp – Curd
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – pudina powder
• 1/2 tsp – rai
• finely chopped coriander leaves.
Method:
- Hang the curd in a cotton cloth or tea chalni for about 15-20 minutes, so that the excess water drains out.
- Then add all vegetables and masalas and mix well.
- Spread the mixture on a bread slice and cover it with the other slice like a sandwich.
- Heat the tava and pour 2 tbsp oil. Add rai to it.
- When it starts to pop, place the breads on tava and fry from both sides.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
