Ingredients:

• 1 cup – rava
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder or Garam Masala powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 pinch – Asafoetida
• 200 g – refined oil

Method:

  1. Mix above ingredients well to get a batter of thick consistency.
  2. Make little balls from the above. Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
  3. Serve hot with chutney of your choice. Variation:
  4. You can try these crispies with thin cut green chillies instead of red chilli powder.
