Ingredients:
• 1 cup – rava
• 1 cup – curd/buttermilk
• 1/2 – finely chopped Onion
• 1 – finely chopped Tomato
• 2 – finely chopped Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Chopped Coriander leaves
• Vegetable oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Preparation:
- Add rava and curd in bowl very well (if needed add water).
- Add chopped onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander in the mixture.
- Add salt and red chilli powder in it and mix it very well. Make a smooth mixture.
- Heat the pan on medium flame.
- Put some of the batter on tava and spread it with serving spoon.
- Apply some vegetable oil along the sides of spread. Cover it and cook.
- When it becomes golden brown on one side, flip and cook the other side.
- Serve hot with green chutney or coconut chutney.
