Ingredients:
• 1 – Raw Mango
• 4 tbsp – tur dal, cooked
• 2 – Green chillies
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• Turmeric powder – a pinch
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Cook the peeled and sliced raw mango, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder, salt along with a little water.
- Add cooked dal to this mixture.
- Season it with mustard, cumin, red chillies and chopped garlic and boil it for 5 min.
