Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Red bell pepper pieces
• 1/2 cup – Celery pieces
• 2 – Potatoes, chopped
• 1 – Onion, chopped
• 5 – Garlic pods
• 2 – Tomatoes, chopped
• 1/4 cup – Cooked Pasta
• 2 tsp – Soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper powder
• Salt
• Olive oil

Method:

  1. Heat enough olive oil in a pressure cooker, add the onion pieces and garlic pods to the hot oil and stir them until they turn translucent.
  2. Add the tomato pieces, celery pieces, red bell pepper pieces and potato pieces and cook them until they turn tender.
  3. Add the soya sauce, salt and pepper powder with enough water, close the lid and pressure cook until 3 hisses.
  4. Blend coarsely with hand blender or food processor and add the cooked pasta to the blended soup.
