Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Red bell pepper pieces
• 1/2 cup – Celery pieces
• 2 – Potatoes, chopped
• 1 – Onion, chopped
• 5 – Garlic pods
• 2 – Tomatoes, chopped
• 1/4 cup – Cooked Pasta
• 2 tsp – Soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper powder
• Salt
• Olive oil
Method:
- Heat enough olive oil in a pressure cooker, add the onion pieces and garlic pods to the hot oil and stir them until they turn translucent.
- Add the tomato pieces, celery pieces, red bell pepper pieces and potato pieces and cook them until they turn tender.
- Add the soya sauce, salt and pepper powder with enough water, close the lid and pressure cook until 3 hisses.
- Blend coarsely with hand blender or food processor and add the cooked pasta to the blended soup.
