 
            Ingredients:
  • 1 cup – basmati rice, cooked 
 • 1 – onion, chopped 
 • 1 cup – red cabbage, chopped 
 • 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder 
 • 1/2 tsp – coriander powder 
 • 5 strands – Curry leaves 
 • 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds 
 • 1/4 tsp – black gram 
 • 2 tbsp – powdered mung beans 
 • Salt 
 • Oil 
Method:
- Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, black gram.
- To this add onions, curry leaves and cook until the onions turns translucent.
- Add the red cabbage pieces along with red chilli powder and coriander powder with enough salt.
- Cover and cook the vegetables for a while.
- Add the mung beans powder to the cooked red cabbage.
- Toss the cooked cabbage, stir fry with the cooked rice and serve hot.
