
Ingredients:
• White Mushroom – 1 cup
• Onion – 1
• Tomato – 1
• Chopped Ginger
• Cumin seeds
• Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric a pinch
• Chopped Green chillies – 3 to 4
• Chopped Coriander leaves
• Garam Masala powder
• Oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean and cut mushroom into small pieces and keep it aside
- Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds. When it splutters add onion and fry until it turns light brown.
- Add ginger, green chillies, coriander powder, turmeric powder and cook for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, red chilli powder and cook for 5 minutes
- Add mushrooms. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add garam masala powder. Open the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from fire and garnish with coriander leaves.
