
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – spinach, blanched
• 2 cubes – Maggie vegetable stock
• 2 – medium sized Onions – sliced
• 2 Cloves – Garlic finely chopped (optional)
• 2.5 cups – rice, boiled and separated
• 2 tsp – oil for seasoning
• Salt as per taste
• chopped coriander for garnish
Method:
- In a wok put garlic in oil and saute until light brown.
- Add the sliced onions and saute until golden brown.
- Crush the Maggie cubes and add to the onions and let it mix thoroughly.
- Add the blanched spinach and add salt as per taste (Maggie cubes are quite salty). Stir for a while
