Ingredients:
• For dough:
• 1 kg – Potatoes
• 1/2 kg – arrow root powder
• For the stuffing:
• 1 – grated Coconut
• 200 g – roasted Peanuts
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 bunch -coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• salt to taste
• oil for deep frying.
Method:
- Pressure cook the potatoes till 5-6 whistles.
- Mash it and mix well with arrow root powder to make dough.
- Dry grind the coconut, peanuts and sugar very coarsely.
- Add finely chopped coriander, green chillies and salt to this mixture.
- Roll out small puris with the dough, put 1 tbsp of this mixture and make balls.
- Deep fry in oil to light brown colour.
