Ingredients:

• 1 cup – soy granules
• 2 or 3 – boiled Potatoes
• 2-3 tsp – Corn flour
• Onions paste
• 1 cup – Tomato sauce
• Curry leaves
• 1/2 pinch – Turmeric
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 6.5 – 7 tsp – oil
• Seasoning:
• 2 tsp – grated cheese
• Coriander

Method:

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes.
  2. Soak soy granules in hot water for five mins and drain the water.
  3. Make them into small balls adding corn flour and steam for 5-8 mins.
  4. In a pan, take oil fry little jeera and mustard.
  5. Now add onion paste, curry leaves.
  6. Add the soya balls, garam masala, grated cheese, salt, tomato sauce and sugar.
  7. Cook for 5 mins.
  8. Dress it with coriander.
  9. Serve it with rice or chapattis.
