Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Rice, cooked
• 1- Onion, chopped
• 20-25- Soya chunks
• 1 cup – Cabbage, shredded
• 1/2 cup – Green beans
• 2 tsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1 tsp – Pav bhaji masala
• 1/4 tsp – Pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 10-12 – Curry leaves
• Oil
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  2. Then add the chopped onions and salt and saute until the onions turn translucent.
  3. Meanwhile boil the soya chunks in hot water until they double their volume.
  4. Drain the water and squeeze the excess water.
  5. Now add the green beans, shredded cabbage to the onions, and saute everything for 1-2 mins. Then add the soya chunks, tomato ketchup, pav bhaji masala, garam masala powder, salt and cook everything on a high flame for a few seconds.
  6. Finally add the cooked rice, pepper powder and toss everything gently.
  7. Serve hot with chips or papads.
