Ingredients:
• 1 cup- Butter or margarine
• 1/2 cup- Sugar, powdered, sifted
• 1 tsp- Vanilla
• 2.5 cup- Flour, sifted
• 1/4 tsp- salt
• 3/4 cup- Pecans, chopped
Method:
- Cream butter in a large bowl.
- Add sugar and cream until fluffy.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Sift the flour and salt and mix in.
- Stir in the nuts.
- Shape the mix into balls.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 mins at 350 degree C.
- Remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar .
- Roll again when cool.
