Ingredients:

• 1 cup- Butter or margarine
• 1/2 cup- Sugar, powdered, sifted
• 1 tsp- Vanilla
• 2.5 cup- Flour, sifted
• 1/4 tsp- salt
• 3/4 cup- Pecans, chopped

Method:

  1. Cream butter in a large bowl.
  2. Add sugar and cream until fluffy.
  3. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Sift the flour and salt and mix in.
  5. Stir in the nuts.
  6. Shape the mix into balls.
  7. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 15 mins at 350 degree C.
  9. Remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar .
  10. Roll again when cool.
