Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Idly batter
• 1- Carrot (cooked and pureed)
• 1 tsp – Pav Bhaji masala
• 1 tbsp – Idly milagai podi
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 10-12- Curry leaves
• Oil.

Method:

  1. Add the carrot puree to the idly batter and mix well.
  2. Now grease the mini idly plates with oil and pour the idli batter and steam cook for about 10 mins in the idly cooker.
  3. Remove the cooked idlis carefully with a spoon and keep aside.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds, urad dal, and add the curry leaves and mini idlis.
  5. Toss gently for a few seconds, add the idly milagai podi and pav bhaji masala to it.
  6. Toss for 1-2 mins until the idlis get coated with the masala.
  7. Serve hot.
