
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
• 1 tbsp dry Red Chillies
• 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp Aamchur powder (dry mango)
• 2 tbsp Black Peppercorns
• 1 tsp black salt
Method:
- Lightly roast the dhania and cumin seeds separately.
- Grind all the ingredients together.
- Store in an airtight container and use with chaats and fruits.
