Ingredients:
• 4 – large half-ripe green mangoes (cut into small pieces)
• 1 – Onion chopped
• 3 – Cloves of Garlic
• 3 – Red Chillies
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 tsp – Jeera
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Blended all the ingredients in a mixer and grind to smooth paste.
- Serve as a relish with rice dishes.
