Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – Spinach
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – mustard
• 2 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1 tbsp – sabzi masala
• 3 to 4 – Dried red chillies
• 1 tbsp – salt

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Splutter mustard seeds and add chopped onions.
  2. Keep stirring with a wooden spatula until onions turn transparent.
  3. Add the sabzi masala, salt and spinach and lower the flame.
  4. Mix well and cover the pan.
  5. Stir and cook till done.
