
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Sprouted Chickpeas
• 1.5 cups – Brown Rice
• 1/2 cup – Parboiled Rice
• 1 cup – Urad Dal
• 1/2 tsp – Fenugreek seeds
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Combine the brown rice and the parboiled rice and soak for 4 hours.
- Now wash and soak the urad dal and fenugreek seeds separately for 4 hours.
- Then grind the soaked urad dal and fenugreek seeds into a smooth paste.
- Then grind the sprouted chickpeas along with soaked brown rice and par boiled rice with water into a coarse paste.
- Mix the smooth urad dal batter along with the coarse chickpeas-rice batter with enough salt.
- Let it ferment overnight.
- Now heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of this sprouted chickpeas batter and spread it like a dosa.
- Cook on both sides until it’s well cooked.
- Serve hot with spicy coconut chutney.
