
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – all-purpose flour
• 1 cup – granulated Sugar
• 3/4 cup – vegetable oil
• 1 large – Egg
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 tsp – baking soda
• 1/4 tsp – Salt
• Nutella – as per taste
• Colourful sprinkles
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, add oil and sugar and mix well together for about 5 mins.
- Add egg and mix well with a hand mixer for 3 – 4 mins.
- Now add vanilla essence to the mixture and stir again.
- In another bowl sieve the flour, baking powder and salt together.
- Now add this dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir and knead to form a smooth dough.
- The dough will be little sticky, so keep it covered in a refrigerator for about 30 mins.
- For baking cookies, preheat the oven to 190 degrees C. and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Make small lemon size balls of the dough and flatten slightly, sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for about 15 mins until they are golden brown around the edges.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Serve as it is or spread nutella over it, top them with colour sprinkles and serve
