Ingredients:
• 250 g – Dahi
• 10 to 12 – Garlic flakes, diced
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• salt
• 1 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Mix red chilli powder, turmeric and salt with dahi.
- For tempering, heat oil, add the diced garlic and fry till the it turns red.
- Add the dahi mixture and cook for 2 mins.
- Serve hot with chapattis.
