Ingredients:

• 250 g – Dahi
• 10 to 12 – Garlic flakes, diced
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• salt
• 1 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Mix red chilli powder, turmeric and salt with dahi.
  2. For tempering, heat oil, add the diced garlic and fry till the it turns red.
  3. Add the dahi mixture and cook for 2 mins.
  4. Serve hot with chapattis.
