Ingredients:
• 8 bread slices
• 1/2 cup – cabbage, chopped finely
• 1 carrot, chopped finely
• capsicum, chopped finely
• 1 onion, chopped finely
• For White Sauce-
• 1 tbsp – Maida
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• black pepper
• salt to taste
Method:
- For White Sauce:
- Heat the pan, add butter .
- Mix the maida and milk in separate cup.
- Add this mixture in melted butter.
- Add salt and pepper also.
- Saute till it turns into semi-solid mixture.
- White sauce is ready.
- Add all the chopped veg into this sauce.
- Mix well.
- Now take a bread slice.
- Spread this mixture.
- Bake at 350 F for 8-10 mins.
- Serve it with tomato ketchup.
