Ingredients:
• 6 slices – Wheat bread
• 3 – potatoes, boiled and mashed
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/4 tsp – Amchoor powder
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 3 tsp – sesame seeds
• Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients, except bread, in a bowl.
- Cut the bread into desired shape with a cutter. Put the potatoes mixture on top of the bread.
- Make a thin paste of corn flour. Apply corn flour on potatoes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Deep-fry in oil.
