Ingredients:

• 100 gms – Mustard Seed
• 25 gms – Ginger
• 4-5 – Green chilli
• 1 tsp – Baking soda, salt
• Mustard oil

Method:

  1. Keep the mustard seeds in water for 20-25 minutes and make a paste with ginger and 3 green chillies.
  2. Heat a cooking pan and add the paste with 2 green chillies and salt.
  3. Add baking soda and 1 cup water.
  4. When the gravy becomes thick add some mustard oil and mix well.
