Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – minced Meat
• 1 tsp – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Ginger
• 1 tbsp – green chutney (grind coriander with green chillies)
• 5 – bread slices
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 – Egg
• Lemon
• salt
• Chilli to taste
Method:
- First boil the meat with ginger, garlic paste, salt, chilli, green chilli, until dry.
- Then mix bread, egg, garam masala, lemon into meat mixture.
- After mixing keep in the fridge for 30 mins.
- Then deep fry.
