Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Poha or avil
• 1/2 cup – Jaggery
• 1/4 cup – Ghee
• 2 – elaichi

Method:

  1. Take a bowl with poha or avil in it.
  2. Then, add some cold water and soak the poha for 2 minutes.
  3. When the poha or avil becomes soft, put it into a pan.
  4. Add jaggery to it.
  5. Light the gas and mix well.
  6. Add ghee to it.
  7. Add elaichi to it and mix well till the water evaporates.
  8. Serve it when cool.
