Ingredients:
• 1 – medium sized Cauliflower, cut into florets
• 250 g – Green peas
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1.5 cm – Ginger, julienned
• 2 – Green chillies, chopped fine
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves (to garnish), chopped fine
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
Method:
- Melt butter in a non stick pan. Season with cumin seeds and ginger. Fry for a while.
- Add green chillies, cauliflower, green peas and salt. Saute well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or till done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala powder.
- Serve hot with rotis.
