
Ingredients:
• 1 – Pomfret fish
• 2 tsps – Besan
• 25 leaves – Mint
• 2 – Coriander sprigs
• 2 tsps – Tamarind pulp
• 2 tsps. – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Onion
• 1 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Ajwain
Method:
- Make a paste of onion, garlic, green chillies and coriander.
- Mix with besan and the rest of ingredients.
- Soak the Pomfret in the above marinade for one hour and shallow fry on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
