Ingredients:

• 1 – Pomfret fish
• 2 tsps – Besan
• 25 leaves – Mint
• 2 – Coriander sprigs
• 2 tsps – Tamarind pulp
• 2 tsps. – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Onion
• 1 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Ajwain

Method:

  1. Make a paste of onion, garlic, green chillies and coriander.
  2. Mix with besan and the rest of ingredients.
  3. Soak the Pomfret in the above marinade for one hour and shallow fry on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
