Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Whole green moong dal sprout
• 2 cups – Grated baby Corn
• 1 tbsp – Rasam powder
• 1 tbsp – Sambar powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 3 tsp – Grated Coconut
• 1/2 tsp – Cornflour
• Mustard Seeds
• Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pressure pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, rasam powder, sambar powder, dal and baby corn.
- Add salt, turmeric powder also. Pressure cook till 5 whistles.
- Meanwhile, grind coconut, jeera and cornflour and add this mix to the cooked dal, boil it for 3 minutes.
- This is a good side dish for chapattis.
