Ingredients:
• 2 cups – All-purpose flour
• 1 cup – Corn flour
• 1.5 cups – Sugar
• 1 cup – Orange juice
• 1 cup – Yogurt
• 1 cup – Canola Oil
• 2 tbsp – Orange rinds
• 1/4 tsp – Orange food color
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – Baking soda
• 1/4 cup – Chocolate chips
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together the all-purpose flour, corn flour, baking soda and baking powder in a large vessel.
- Beat together the sugar, yogurt, canola oil and orange juice with orange food colour.
- Add the dry ingredients gradually until the cake batter turns soft.
- Fold in the orange rinds and chocolate chips gently.
- Grease a cake pan and pour the cake batter into it.
- Arrange in the middle rack and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Cool completely and slice the cake as you desire.
