Ingredients:

• 2 cups – All-purpose flour
• 1 cup – Corn flour
• 1.5 cups – Sugar
• 1 cup – Orange juice
• 1 cup – Yogurt
• 1 cup – Canola Oil
• 2 tbsp – Orange rinds
• 1/4 tsp – Orange food color
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – Baking soda
• 1/4 cup – Chocolate chips

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the all-purpose flour, corn flour, baking soda and baking powder in a large vessel.
  3. Beat together the sugar, yogurt, canola oil and orange juice with orange food colour.
  4. Add the dry ingredients gradually until the cake batter turns soft.
  5. Fold in the orange rinds and chocolate chips gently.
  6. Grease a cake pan and pour the cake batter into it.
  7. Arrange in the middle rack and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely and slice the cake as you desire.
